A property report (following our visit), will be sent to you on the same day & any areas that may need attention will be photographed & emailed to you along with the property report. If any remedial action is then needed we can get quotations for the required works.

In addition we can check any other areas of your property that you would like. If you wish, we can contact your insurance agent if you are traveling and not available should damage occur to your property. We can be you emergency contact.
Checks can be completed as often as you would like: Weekly, Biweekly or Monthly. Additional checks can be arranged following extreme weather Conditions ( Storms / Severe Winds)
